Partnerships With Parents

Here at the Woodlands we believe that partnerships with parents is a predominant factor in a child’s learning journey. We have a commitment to building positive relationships with parents and carers. Alongside partnerships with parents we work closely with other agencies such as Ofsted, Salford Starting Life Well Team and childcare professionals in other local authorities to ensure that the children in our care are receiving the best possible start to life.

Drop and Shop

Throughout the School holiday periods we will be offering 'drop and shop' sessions for children aged 3-11. Sessions cost £5.00 per hour and run on the hour, every hour from 8.00am until 6.00pm. You can bring your child and book them in for as little or as long as you want. It could be for an hour whilst you complete the food shop,  or it could be for 3 hours whilst you attend an appointment. It might simply be that you want some 'me time' or it  might be that you want to give your child a supervised and planned fun filled action packed few hours. You can book as many hour sessions as you need. All you need to do is pop along to the holiday club, book your child in with a member of staff and then 'drop and shop'.
